2. Service Description
ValRequest is an online service that helps you create personalised greeting messages (e.g. for Valentine's Day) using AI. New users receive free credits to try one generation; each generation consumes credits as described on the Pricing page. You can purchase additional credits. The service is provided via the ValRequest website and may use third-party providers for authentication, payments, and AI generation.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. You must use the service in compliance with applicable laws and not use it to harass, impersonate, or harm others. You are responsible for how you use the generated text (e.g. sending it to others or publishing it) and for ensuring that use does not infringe anyone's rights or violate any law.
4. Prohibited Uses
You may not use ValRequest for any illegal purpose or to solicit illegal activity. You may not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or abuse the service or its infrastructure, or use automated means to scrape or access the service in ways we do not permit. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
ValRequest is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will be accurate, appropriate, or free of third-party claims. AI-generated text may vary and may not reflect our views. Use of the service is at your own risk.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ValRequest and its operators, affiliates, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising from your use or inability to use the service, or from any content you generate or how you use it. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
7. Modifications to the Service
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service or any feature (including pricing and credit rules) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such change, suspension, or discontinuation. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to ValRequest at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of ValRequest is based, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will post the updated terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will try to give at least 30 days notice where feasible. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
